Fast Track was able to give me an appointment in less than 9 hours. The report was given to my doctor 14 hours later. Fred, who gave me the ultrasound, was so informative, professional and competent. The icing?? This was the best pricing of private clinic ultrasound for a shoulder rotator cuff. Absolutely recommend Fast Track for accuracy, speed, and great professionalism. You can't go wrong with these guys!

Had a great ultrasound experience at Fast Track Vancouver. Booking was easy, I was seen right on time, and the technician was friendly and made the whole thing comfortable. The technician explained each step, answered my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The clinic itself is clean and well organi Clean space, smooth process, no stress. I had a great experience at Fast Track Ultrasound. I was able to get an appointment very quickly, and the results were available much sooner than I expected.

The sonographer was incredibly kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything in detail during the ultrasound, which made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout the entire appointment.

The clinic itself was clean, well-organized, and welcoming. Overall, the whole process was efficient and pleasant. I highly recommend Fast Track Ultrasound to anyone looking for timely, professional, and compassionate care.

Highly recommended. Been waiting for an ultrasound from VCH since June 9th for rotator cuff injury which occurred May 9th. Called FTU at 9am, left a message, they returned call immediately and were so accommodating, juggled some appts and gave me an 11am appointment same day. So grateful for Fred’s professionalism and expertise. Expedited my pics to radiologist and Dr’s have full report by 1pm. Unbelievable service and care from FTU and especially Fred.
Side note, have not heard back from the other 2 Diagnostic places I called at 9am this morning! It is after 1pm.

I had a 4D ultrasound appointment with Dora today and had such a wonderful experience. She is incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain every detail, which made me feel very reassured and informed throughout the entire session.

The whole appointment felt smooth, comfortable, and never rushed. I really appreciated how patient and attentive she was. On top of that, she was able to fit me in on a Sunday, which is so convenient since many places are closed.

I highly recommend Dora to anyone looking for a positive and professional ultrasound experience!

I had a 4D ultrasound appointment with Dora today and had such a wonderful experience. She is incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain every detail, which made me feel very reassured and informed throughout the entire session.

The whole appointment felt smooth, comfortable, and never rushed. I really appreciated how patient and attentive she was. On top of that, she was able to fit me in on a Sunday, which is so convenient since many places are closed.

My partner had an early pregnancy ultrasound today and had such a positive experience. Tessa, who carried out the scan, was absolutely lovely. She was kind, patient, and explained everything clearly throughout the appointment, which really helped put me at ease.

Early scans can feel a little nerve-wracking, but Tessa was very reassuring and made the whole experience feel calm and comfortable. She took her time and made sure we could see everything we needed to.

I’m really grateful for how professional and compassionate she was. It made a very special moment even more memorable. Thank you, Tessa!

We were so grateful that the clinic managed to squeeze us in for a last-minute booking on a Saturday afternoon. From the moment we walked in, Emily, the MOA, was incredibly accommodating and welcoming. She had excellent front-desk skills, was easy to chat with, and genuinely cared about our experience.

May, our sonographer, was highly experienced and fluent in both English and Mandarin. She immediately made us feel comfortable and at home. Unlike the government-referred MSP clinics, this one never felt rushed and she took her time. May took the time to explain what she was seeing, which made the entire experience much more personal and engaging. I understand that government-referred sonographers can’t share details since the results are sent directly to our doctors, but with a private clinic, you receive far more information and don’t have to wait ages for follow-up. To be fair, this was an entertainment package for a 4D ultrasound—so it was more relaxed and not primarily health-related.

My spouse and I loved every minute of seeing our little one on the big TV screen — such a wonderful change from the tiny monitors used at government clinics. It felt warm, human, and memorable. We even got 2 little keep sake photos. We will be making a second visit soon and I recommend to get the package price, it's well worth it.

The clinic itself was spotless, well-stocked, and thoughtfully designed. Bathrooms were conveniently located just around the corner and didn’t require a key. Sometimes, paying a little extra for a private clinic really does make a world of difference compared to the bureaucratic experience at public ones.

Parking was also manageable — there’s paid underground parking with Impark, but we found free street parking with no restrictions just outside the Vancouver Lawn Tennis & Badminton Club on West 15th, only a short four-minute walk away. Just a tip: don’t park in the club lot, as it’s for members only.

One last courtesy tip! Please try not to arrive too early for your appointment, as the waiting area is quite small—just enough space for two chairs and a narrow gap by the reception desk. Because of this, you might overhear conversations from current patients. There’s a bench right outside, so you’re welcome to wait there until your appointment time, then simply knock on the door when you’re ready to come in at your booked time.

Amazing service. Really lived up to it's name. Called them on Monday night at 8:40pm. Frank, the Sonographer answered my call. He explained how things are done in Fast Track. Sent him my doc's requisition. He replied with a Wednesday evening appointment within 15 minutes. Frank was friendly yet professional. He explained the whole process to us, my husband came along. Was really gentle not to hurt my shoulder when he did the Ultrasound. Received the full report by 9.00am. on Thursday. A copy was also sent to my doctor who will be seeing me tomorrow, Friday. I will recommend Fast Track to anyone versus the MSP imaging provider. I have to wait for a month for an appt. and it was at an incorrect location in Victoria Island when I live in Vancouver!

Fred is very patient and professional in answering our questions. The whole process is very pleasant. We can get a few hard copies of the ultrasound photos (which captured baby’s good position ) right after the scan. The office is easy to access too.

The staff at Fast Track were so friendly, professional, and accommodating. They went out of their way to provide me with an ultrasound, despite unusual circumstances. Not only did they make an exception to help me,
they provided excellent (and very quick!) service when other clinics weren't willing to help me at all. I am beyond grateful for their service and support. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing an utrasound.

Super satisfied with their service! The lady who helped me has already worked as ultrasound technician for 21 years in BC. She was professional and patient to get the best angles of the baby. I enjoyed this experience a lot. They offer a wide variety of affordable ultrasound packages, would recommend them to anyone!

I was able to get an appointment within days and the results came out in 24 hours (all made possible by their friendly and professional staff)! The location was nice and the interior looks like it's newly renovated with high end equipment. I have found my go-to ultrasound clinic!

Needed an ultrasound and didn't want to wait 3-4 weeks. Receptionist was polite and efficient. The technologist was also courteous and professional. My GP called me 2 days later with the results. Will definitely book them again if needed.

The lady there is very friendly, professional and patient. I felt myself has been treated as valued customer. Cause this is the first time, I and my wife being parents. We have lots questions to ask, my wife wants to have a look at the little one, and know everything of the baby, whether the height is in range, the organ has been developed properly, and etc. The lady answered every question . Really appreciated the service we received, will definitely recommend to everyone who needs the ultrasound service. Fast waiting time and clear images comparing to MSP recommended facility. We choose the top package, so we could took pictures and at the end she gave us some well chosen pictures of our baby.
